CommUnIITynoun and verb; action for U; Partnership and platform for Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs), in particular, for protocol development and through study start up; Sharing of resources between research teams and key Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) stakeholders.

 The Human Subject Research Office (HSRO), under the direction of the Office of the Vice Provost for Research + Scholarship, together with Clinical Research Operations & Regulatory Support (CRORS), under the Executive Dean for Research, want to facilitate/ support you through this process and set you up for success. 

We held on our first listening session on 11/15/23 and committed to sharing updates as these become available.  We are currently ‘on the road’ discussing CommUnIITy with specific departments, upon request. Future projects in queue include development & roll out of a centralized hub for these very important studies to include protocol and grant writing support as well as statistician assistance.  Stay tuned!
